Hi there

,

A french and portuguese guys are looking for a flatmate to share a flat near Zhongshang Park station in Shanghai.

The room where the new flatmate will live in, is 25m/sq with terrasse, all furnished.

The rest of the flat is furnished too with TV, DVD player, internet, wireless, laundry machine....

The flat is well located near Carrefour and zhongshang park station (line 2, 3 and 4.

The rent is: around 2,000 yuan (without electricity, water and phone bill).

Hi, Ferreira, I do have an apartment to lease. The flat is about 154 square meters plus an additional 75 square meters of deck space. It is fully furnished with four bedrooms, two livingrooms, and two full bathrooms. All major and kitchen appliances are equipped. It is on the 34th floor and centrally located in the metropolitan Shanghai with convenient access to the Zhongshan Park region and the East China Normal University. Several major public transportation lines link to the apartment, Metro Line 3 at Jinshajiang Road Station, Pudong Airport Express Bus Line 6, Bus Line 42 to Xujiahui to name a few, and just a base fare for a taxi ride to the CBD region of Jingansi. Finally, the apartment has 24 hour surveillance and around the clock security to assure the safety of all tenants. The rental rate is 8000yuan/month. And the apartment is located in No. 34, 100 Long, Shunyi Rd.
