Post subject: '88 New Wave II

Thursday, February 1, 2007

D.I.Y. neon-lit memory hole madness on a Thursday night with DJs Rou Bao, Cai Bao, and Xiao Long Bao. We love The Cure, Iggy Pop, Prince, Front 242, Happy Mondays, Thin Lizzy, David Bowie, New Order, and L??Trimm. We don??t love beatmatching but we do love you.

Drinks on the cheap! (10 RMB Carlsberg and Tiger, for starters)

Our kickoff event at our new location; C??s Bar, Dingxi Road near Fahuazhen Road.

denny, i can't really think of a time when i've had a worse hangover after being at c's than being at another bar that wasn't directly proportional to the volume of alcohol i had consumed, but if you want to come by and dance a while to some unusual music then i'll go to a convenience store myself and smuggle you in some bottles of something real ...
