Yep As far as I know, it's still out there..
Branch #1. 483 Zheng Ning Lu, Near Yu Yuan Lu.
Branch #2. 505 Dagu Lu, Between Shimen Lu and ChengDu Lu |

Yes Zhen Ning Lu is correct.
There are DVD stores on Dagu Lu, but they're not Ka De's... Think they're Movie World from memory??
The 2nd branch of Ka De is now known as "Oscars" and is on Taikang Lu near Sinan Lu

the kade on dagu lu closed a few months ago. Last time I checked, it was on taikang lu |

Yeah, Dagu Lu is closed, 3 weeks ago the taikang lu was still open.... |
