I'm Sandy, 24 years old,Yogi, Philosopher, and instructor of "Animated Yoga Asanas".I began studying Yoga in 2003 and teaching in 2004.I has studied and taught yoga in a variety of settings, including yoga studios, health clubs, and companies. I has taught students ranging in age from 15 to 65 from different countries.
