| Post subject: Firework show at the bund |
Will there be any firework show at the bund like last night during CNY? Or will thye be in the century park like in the golden week (october)... Have they announced any schedules??? |

Usually that's it, the firework @ xintiandi, the bond for the new year...but not sure abt CNY. |

For the record, there were no "official" fireworks over Labour Week 2006 or New Year's on the Bund. I'm not hopeful for CNY either but we will be on the Bund celebrating anyway. I'm sure if there is nothing "official" that there is still likely to be a decent show from those on the Bund and on the Pudong side that are doing their own thing..... |

I don't know about big displays, but there are often gatherings of people who put on their own little displays. Why not buy some of your own fireworks and join in the fun? Watch those fingers, though! |

Do most people celebrate on New Years Eve e.g. Saturday night or on New Years Day (sunday)? would like to see the fireworks, if there are any, on the Bund but don't want to get the wrong day! |
