| Post subject: Got a Bulgogi jones..... Any help? |
Good Korean food in Shanghai? With all the Korean ex-pats here, I know there has to be a great traditional Korean Resteraunt t in Shanghai....been to several, was disapointed in most. Got a bulgogi jones....Any suggestions? |

Have not been very successful in my own search. There are many kinds in Hongqiao, I was not lucky enough to score anything that would worth daydream. Nothing as closed to what they serve in Korea where nearly every place we visited gave new experience. Small eatery shops in the market has been the kind that provides mouthwatering dishes...
Doh... I guess my suggestion is to get flight ticket to travel to Korea for bulgogi???
I went to Pankook, very crowded Korean chain around the town. Someone may shoot me if I said it's good... so instead, I should say the BBQ has more varieties for sure. As per bimbimbab and other ala carte dishes are pretty average. There's also a Korean on 7th or 8th floor os Sogo @Nanjing Xi lu. Many Korean businessmen have lunch there, that place will do for easy access |
