Yes! Xpat Gym is on Jian He Road. 2000 Jian He Road (near Hong Qiao Road). International standard gym with international trainers. Website: www.xptgym.com

Hey Daniel, is that gym you refer to suitable for guys who train for powerlifting? Can one do heavy deadlifts, squats and bench press at that gym? [Also another question for you, do you know of any ruberized running tracks that anyone can use in Shanghai?]
