Post subject: Studying in Shanghai in December

I've been looking around for a good language school in Shanghai where I can study for about a month this December-January coming. I have asked around a bit, and I've been told the universities are the best place to go, but the problem is that I'll be there during their winter, so it doesn't look like there'll be any short courses available at that time. I've found Mandarin House which looks to be a pretty good language institution which will also organise my accommodation, but I just don't want to spend a few thousand dollars there without being sure it's legit.

Does anybody have a recommendation of somewhere to study in Shanghai, or know of somewhere that your language department supports? Preffereably I'm looking for somewhere afforadble in Shanghai that'll also look after my accommodation, but any suggestions or experiences would be much appreciated.

The best place to study language, according to foreigners, is Shanghai Music Academy (you can google it)

The things people say about this school include:
Fast learning
Very professional teaching environment
Loads of homework
All levels from beginner to highest HSK level
