Post subject: Running track??
Does anyone know of a rubberized 400m running track in Shanghai that can be used by the public? A stadium perhaps?

for your reference:most of the university campus facilitated with 400m synthetic track namely Shanghai TCM Uni. (pudong),FuDan Uni. .so on. though they 're not open to public, you may able to get inside freely...who care..
