Wednesday night mixer at Malone's...
3rd floor. The whole floor. Can't miss it
Have no idea where 2588 Yan An Xi is....
But Malone's is basically 100 meters North of the intersection of Nanjing Xi Lu and Tongren Lu |

We are on the third floor! You will see a big ShanghaiExpat banner when you get to third floor.

You can take the subway, line 2, jiang Su Road only one stop away from jian temple! I work at 726 Yan An Xi Road, that's how I get to Ji An temple anyway! |

Just a quick question... I've never been to a mixer in Shanghai and I've only been here about two weeks... About how much would a cab ride be from Shimao Riveria in Pudong? Sorry if this is a "noob" question... |

It could cost you quite some kwai because Pudong is rather far from Malone's. Now, I dunno exactly how much it would cost you, but once I was in Malone's and met someone from Pudong who told me it would be about 250 RMB (but that I think is after 10PM).
If you are a little short of paper, you can take the subway on your way to the bar, but be careful not to spend too much to leave you walking on the way home.  |

wow...I dont think it takes 250RMB, that's about the price to airport. I will say if day time, it's be about 50-60RMB from Shimao Riveria to Malone's, after 11pm should be 30% more. |

Pool table is on the second floor...
There are dart boards. But not used during the mixer very often. |

That's twice the amount from Hongqiao Airport to Pudong Airport. You sure they didn't take you on the scenic route? |

hmmm, shy and mixer don't usually go well, but given that people here, especially us expats who are all "mildly displaced peoples" are all pretty open to meeting new people, you will do just fine. Come on out tomorrow! |

Can anyone tell me the next street or another landmark ??

just ask the taxi to take you to beijing lu/tong ren lu and turn on tong ren road (can only turn one way regardless of direction) and malone's will be on your right in about 100 meters.
have (a non-bacardi/OJ) one for me, everyone! have heard the double singapore slings are rocking!
