2 roommates needed.
The apartment is located in the center of Xujiahui. 3minutes to Xujiahui subway station, 7 minutes to line 4 and 10 minutes to line 3 and IKEA. Surrounded By shopping center, Gym and supermarket. And it is also 15 minutes walking to Jiaotong university. There is also one nice club house with Gym, Spa and restaurant in the compound.
The place is 156 M2 , with beds, furniture, TV, internet and other items. There is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, one living room and kitchen. The big room with bathroom is 3300RMB, another one is 3000RMB, the smallest one is 2700RMB.

By the way, one of my friends has a nice apartment; it is 5 minutes to Jingan temple and west Nanjing Road. There is 2 rooms with furniture and basic daily using stuff, one bathroom and one kitchen. It can be rented by month, no need to bother you to sign contract or pay the down payment. It is 100RMB per day. |

No worries, my friends only lives there for several nights per years, but he wants to keep the place, because the location is perfect, and every room with big window. The transpotation is also very convenient. It is a 3 room apartment, so there is always a room for you. |
