Post subject: How to stop social securities payments paid by employer?

Hi,

One of our new employees was employed by a foreign company that pretty much quit business about a year ago. It turns out that this companies still pays his social security payments (as in pension) and refuses to stop. This means that we cannot pay according to his contract with us. Is there any way to solve this without involving the previous company?

Thanks.
