| Post subject: F visa for D.R CONGO passport? |
Hi,
My friend has a D.R CONGO passport and was under an X visa, he need and F visa just for 6 months before his work can give him a working/permit visa. Before he used to go to Agency and pay the fee to get an F visa, but now it seems now all the agency are saying the same "sorry African passport, we cant do it"?? WTF??
Any ideas? Will it be the same if he asks the visa in HK? |

In HK maybe even worse. I have seen many Africans, Filipinos and Indonesians refused at the government visa office in HK and told they need to return to the country of their nationality to apply.
Looks like your friend is taking the fall for the many other African crooks already in China. |
