By the look of the "artist" line-up, I'd say the taste police should pay a visit backstage.

Only Al Gore singing could make that lineup any worse...

This is SO disappointing.
Looking at the line up for all the other cities, this is embarrassing.
I really don't know who this would appeal to....

Wow, I know rumours are rumours but at least some of the acts that were suggested as possibles would have made this event something special. Saying that, what is a local perspective on the line up? Is it good?...

"12 Girls Band" don't they even try with these names any more?

Decent line-ups in the rest of the world for Live Earth. Just not so good here. They probably didn't expect too many expats to turn out.

Well there was no chance of it ever being a spectacular event without any big name bands, its just a desperate lineup, even bloomin' westlife, whitney houston and celine dion (for the locals) would have been a better lineup.

Look at the bands playing at the other venue's
Before I knew the line-up I was looking forward to it, but now no bloody chance. Its ok for the stars in London and America but no way would they want to perform a full set in this heat and humidity.

FFS!!!

The UK line-up includes SPINAL TAP!!!!

Think we can respectfully ask they swap Sara Brightman for David, Nigel, Derek & whoever-their-latest-soon-to-die-drummer is?

Interesting when I was coming out of City Market this afternoon and saw the Live Earth VIP parade roll past me in dozens of shiny new jet-black Mercedes. Not sure, but I don't think any of that luxury came by means of 'climate friendly' methods. Irony in motion.
