| Post subject: where to run outside polluted Shanghai? |
How can people run in Shanghai??? Might as well smoke a cigarette while you do it!
How far do I need to go to escape the pollution & find a nice green place to run?
not as far as Japan I hope... |

I am having the same question. It should be a place in opposite direction the predominant wind direction ... If there is such a thing here |

I've heard parts of Japan are nice and clean, seriously pollution is all over china, maybe try the Gobi desert (or Century park, whichever is closer!) |

Anybody interested to join for some track interval running at East China Normal University(close to Zhongshan park)?
Could be 6x1000 or 15x400 etc. Good to get some speed before Shanghai marathon or any other race |

Now Im living in Sheshan temporarily and there is a mountain here, we could run up and down it! (now you can tell im more of a cross country runner than track runner) but the mountain is so small we'd probably have to do it twice... |
