Can anyone recommend a good place that could make a cake (for an adult) in the shape of a car......something like a Ferrari?

Just try any bakery where you can order cakes, a few seem to be able to custom-make.
We had a cake made at the Shangri-La last year. We had only the decoration made in a particular shape, but they copied it perfectly from the toy train that we had left with them. However, they might be able to make a whole cake in a particular shape, though it is not one of the cheapest places. Best would be to talk to the patisserie chef directly (can't find his business card, but I believe his first name was Anthony or similiar).
Let us know if/when you find another good place!
