Job Description

1、C++ Development and Testing Engineer
System Center Configuration Manager (CM) provides a comprehensive solution for change and configuration management for the Microsoft platform, enabling organizations to provide relevant software and updates to users quickly and cost-effectively.
SDETs' duty is to ensure quality delivery of several features of CM 2007.
BS degree in Computer Science related major
Fluent in both spoken and written English, CET 6
2+ years C++ development experience at least
Working experience in foreign companies is a plus
Experience in Database designing is a plus
Master in SQL Server 2000
Database developing experience
Experience in SQL Server, IIS, SOAP and Windows Server 2003 is a plus
Good command of team communication skills, learning ability

2、Software Development and Testing Engineer--To America)
Developing Test Infrastructure
Test Execution, both automated and manual
Sustained Engineering
Performance and Stress
Test Infrastructure development
Development of Performance/Stress Test Scenarios
Performance analysis
Be expert on C/C++. Have 2 to 3+ years software developing experience.
Be skillful with networking and Active Directory.
Have 1 year experience working in a Windows client/server environment.
1 year development and/or database administration experience using a Microsoft product or Microsoft technologies.
Database programming experience i.e. SQL Server, Sybase.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science and some business/functional knowledge are helpful.
Familiarity with Windows Vista is a help

3、.NET Development Engineer
Works with Program Manager, test and development team members to implement solutions for small to medium projects in a web environment. Creates code design specs. Interprets XML Schema and codes XSLT to render web pages according to specs. Makes efficient use of CSS and DHTML and verifies that pages render correctly in specified browsers. Applies client-side scripting for interactive elements. Optimizes XSLT and scripting for maximum performance. Makes calls to Web Services. Debugs source code. Troubleshoots and resolves coding issues related to production system running on Windows Server 2003 (.NET SERVER), IIS, IE, and SQL Server.
BS degree in Computer Science related major

Master in C++/C, DHTML, XML, ASP.NET and .NET Frameworks

4、Testing Engineer
Assure quality tactical projects and processes designed and developed by peer Program Management and Development teams. This includes reviewing functional and design specifications, creating test strategy documentation, articulating and implementing test cases, identifying and managing issues, working closely with developers to analyze and debug assorted code (C, Jscript, ASP.NET, etc.), developing automated tools / test code where needed and managing signoff criteria / process.
Applicants must show strong aptitude for testing
Be familiarity with web product development,
Good communications and technical skills, and a collaborative attitude.
Working knowledge of web and XML technologies such as HTML/DHTML/CSS, C, SQL, IIS, multiple browser types and configurations, XML/XSL/XSLT, scripting languages (ASP, VBScript, Jscript
A minimum of two years experience in a software development related field required.

5、.NET Development and Testing Engineer
Developing Test Infrastructure

6、Web Designer

Proven record of creating world-class designs.
Solid Design Background
Strong creative, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Strong command of the English language
Post-graduate design degree preferred
Strong portfolio available for viewing
Fluency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash
Knowledge of After Effects and 3D is a plus

7、Program Manager
Experience as a program manager or project manager on software/web site development projects;
Solid understanding of development frameworks (Agile, Scrum, MSF, etc);
Experience with web based technologies;
Solid cross-group collaboration skills;
Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Familiar with New Media;
Self motivated, self managing, self starter, proactive.

8、UX Design (Execution)
Creative visual design web production experience, with good understanding of current web technologies, capabilities, and standards;
Creative, strong visualization;
Ability to express creative ideas through sketches, mock ups etc;
Brand experience;
Agency experience a plus;
Confident with clients;
Strong graphic design;
Familiar with New Media;
Software skills to include; Photoshop, Illustrator;
Would be nice; Flash, Video and audio production (e.g. Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Premiere, Painter, Logic Audio etc).

9、Software Development Engineer (SDE)
Visual Studio.NET, C, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, CSS, ASP/VBScript;
SQL Server 2000/2005, T-SQL;
XML and XSLT;
Understanding of web accessibility standards and initiatives with experience of delivering against them;
Knowledge of standard development methodologies such as extreme programming or Agile/Scrum;
Familiar with New Media;
Ability to create/write technical specifications.

10、Flash SDE
In depth knowledge of Flash and ActionScript including XML/data integration;
Strong client side web development skills; HTML, DHTML, JavaScript;
Knowledge of User Interface design principles;
Familiar with New Media;
Creative/Design skills a plus (Photoshop/Illustrator/etc.).

11、Test Engineer (SDET)
In depth knowledge of web-application testing for large scale internet and web portals;
Experience testing using the Visual Studio 2005 Test Suite;
Solid experience with Web and UI automation;
Browser and cross platform testing;
Performance testing;
Experience producing detailed test plans;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Familiar with New Media;
Security /penetration testing experience a plus.
