Do we include their ability to take an order as part of the overall rating ?

For example: Zentral on HongMei Lu delivers pretty good. But once you look inside the bag, it's another story. They get the order wrong at least 1/2 the time.

I nominate Moon River and Johnny Moo's. Johnny Moo's kicks ass, although delivery radius is limited.

The Huang Pi Nan / Fuxing branch is the same. The last time I ordered it took them four deliveries before I actually got the veggie burger I ordered!

Zentral took 1 1/2 hours to deliver when I can walk there in 10 min. If I were single I would walk, but not with kids in tow and not in heat. We like NY Pizza. 25 min. delivery and pizza is good.

If you are in Jin An district City Deli is great. They deliver in less than 20 minutes and the sandwiches are excellent. NY Deli can take an hour and by the time it arrives I have lost interest and my appetite.
