Some salad. Actually we had the same with our whole cricket team, and the next 5 days weren't pleasant. Can happen anywhere, but only proves how careful you have to be with salads in hot climates. |

A supposedly fresh salad that was the start of an horrendous week and 1stone in weight lost and ending up with a big bloomin doctors bill.  |

Still do better with what I make at home than most places I could go to and if I am trying to eat healthy for a particular meal, its the only way I know 100% for sure if what went into the meal was healthy or not. |

For good reliable inexpensive salad downtown, basement of 555 West Nanjing Rd - Sayzers (sp?). As a diabetic, need to eat healthy all the time and good salads are hard to find. This is a chain with many restaurants in Shanghai. Have not tried the others in the chain but find this one reliable. Eat salads, snails and chicken there frequently and have never been sick from these meals. Spelling of restaurant is not quite right but this one is easy to find. |
