Post subject: HELP！ How to convert from working visa to F-visa
i need consultation on how to convert my previous working visa to F-visa after setting up my own company in Shanghai. i am currently on tourist visa and my business licence has been approved. I have to get done everything within 30 days, i heard from other forum that it doesn't require any visa agency to fix this so i hope someone could provide valuable opinion to me, thanks!

You have to leave China to obtain a temporary Z visa from Chinese Consulate, and then enter into China to get your work permit and visa (residence permit).
