Kho Chang, Sumai, Chang Mai and Phi Phi.. I am pretty sure here are quite a lot posts about Thailand if you can search a bit.
Patong is the nightmare IMO. If you go to phuket, pls avoid Patong. Go to the other beaches. Will be nicer. |

Try Suan Lum Night Bazaar on Siam Square Soi 5! It opens from 3pm to midnight everyday. There're a lot of cool stuffs and you can get nice tattoo there (if you want to). I love KAI's Design and Jah Guide shop (zone A1) plus coffee at Doi Tung Coffee shop (if you don't want to fall asleep before midnight, hehe). Btw, you better go there after 6pm, cuz a lot of shops would be opened at that time.
Another suggestion is Khao San road. It's not new but you should give it a try if you never been there. I went to Hippie De Bar and I love it (No.46, Khao San rd.) and Sunset Street on No.199 is a must.
I'm not sure if you know Chatujak weekend market (open on Sat and Sun only). It's a huge well-known market. So, be careful cuz you'll get lost in there (as I did a lot!).
