The book was given to me
“The moment when I got up” & “the moment I got up” – those ways of saying are used the most often
Sentence with a “kid” – u can use both forms
"I had finished my homework before the supper"
It is better to say – “There is a man and a woman”
U can use “for” in both situations,
but be careful when u’re using “to” though – It’s not suitable in every sentence.

and the use of "U" is usually reserved for "University" as in "U of A" as in University of Arizona or "USC", University of Souther California, rather than for the word "you", except acceptable when used in SMS where characters are limited.

He gave some money to me. (correct)
He gave some money for me. (incorrect)

He left some money for me.
He left some money to me.
Are the two forms both correct?

---------------------------------------------------------------
Is the way this language is being used according to whims of users(especially lords) in old days in the limitation of some big rules they themselves had made?
How imprecise! Many parts of the language don't make any sense at all.
Has anyone ever thought that maybe the language is being used as sort of a mind control technology among many others by the lords nowadays? Same way of speaking, same way of thinking, thus same way of behaving.

Those who don't know they are slaves are the best ones beacuse they don't know what they want or don't want.
Those who know they are slaves and enjoy to be are the medium ones because they know what they want.
Those who know they are salves but have to be are the worst ones because they know what they don't want.
However, will you sell your soul in the name of survival? This is one of the biggest challenges for the one who wants to be a so-called good person.

Almost everyone here wants some kind of exchange, so SPP offers some of his understandings, which is limited, in a hope that they would amuse some readers and thus give them some reasons to help SPP(for helping SPP).
