| Post subject: HELP!!! Where are the NBA games shown (American Basketball) |
OK ..... so the season hasn't started yet ....
But with P2, KG and Allen in Boston .... Nash, Amare, Marion and Hill in PHX .... Yao, Tmac and return of the Franchise to Houston .... this upcoming 07-08 NBA season has to be one of the best to date .... soooo .... Where are the games going to be shown!?!?!
I've read threads about NFL (blah!) and NHL (double blah!) but what about the NBA!?!?
Also, what about the TeamUSA bball games ... is anything bball related televised over here?? .....
Is the CAVS v ORLD game going to be televised?
Cheers. |

Games are usually towards the morning..so dont know if you'd really wana catch them in a bar. There might be some bar/restaurent that shows it, but I'm pretty new here myself so dont know really. Most of the sports bars show soccer as far as I know.
All Rockets games are shown by CCTV5 or this other channel (Shanghai Sports i think is the name), and they also have some other teams' games at times. StarSports/ESPN on Dream satellite use to show one game per weekend as well. And yea you could pay for NBAtv on satellite but i think thats really expensive.
Team USA games - um I guess the next set of games is for the Olympics and I would assume that will be televised. But usually any other basketball you will find is either from the CBA (Chinese basketball league) or the Chinese national team.
You could download games if you miss them, http://www.sport-scene.net/browse usually has alot of recent games posted.
You can also stream it live through the P2P programs - TVUplayer/sopcast/tvants etc. Theres this good site with schedule and links to the games but dont have it with me now. www.streamtvnow.com streams most games but you gotta pay a small fee, but quality is quite good. |
