| Post subject: Open A Small Business In SH |
Want to know how much does it cost to open a small sandwich shop in Shanghai? With about 800 - 1000 SQF space needed, prefer expat area, store front location and have about 2 to 4 local employees working.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

You dont ask for much. SH has one of the most expensive real estate places in the world. You should allow for a couple of million rmb + whatever it costs you to setup your business, which if you are a foreigner will be a tad more than a local. |

It will cost you a lot if you want to open 800 - 1000 SQF sandwich shop in downtown, but a smaller one maybe works coz surely there's big demand among those "white-collar workers".
Anyway, SHA's now becoming a place that ideas can bring you fortune, have a good planning, then make your shop different from the others. |
