Exercising while keeping a poor or not optimized diet is a waste of money.

Yes hc you are correct ! the term "weight loss" is a generic term and a title which the average person can relate to. But if you read on Fat loss, muscle gain increased energy, range of motion , improved functional strength, injury rehabilitation, postural alignment and added confidence are additional benifits of working with a trainer.
Most gyms in china, theres no policy to hire certified teachers. All our instructors are national level athletes and trainers with multiple qualifications with 10-30 years experience in their related fields. |
