| Post subject: Schneider beers at Wunderbar |
Wunderbar now has both Schneider Original Wheat Beer and Schneider Aventinus from Bavaria. Both are in Michael Jackson's (the other one) "Best Beers in the World” guide. The Aventinus is a smooth wheat doppelbock (8.2%) with a chocolate-like aroma with a hint of banana and raisins…one of my favorites.
They're both rmb48 for 500ml; includes free popcorn and free pool on one of our 6 genuine Brunswick 9' tables, so there’s never a long wait for a table. We’ve got a great beer line-up; including Chimay Blue, Westmalle Dubbel, Duvel, Lindemans Kriek (Lambic cherry beer) for the ladies, Weihenstephan wheat on tap and bottle, as well as the stalwarts like VB, Crown, Rogue, Brooklyn, etc.
We're 10 min. northeast from the Bund, about rmb30 taxi from Jinan area, 2km south from Tongji University. See our website for directions.

Wow. Cool. I was sitting in the Schneider Weiss brewery in Munich downing many of them earlier this year. Good stuff lads. |

Never made it up there but looks like a nice sports bar and very impressed with the beer selection!
