Normally the company takes care of the agency, so you dont have to worry about any payment. I got in through an agency and i was lucky since the company even paid for my passport, travel visas and of course the air fare to shanghai.
90k a month in RMB or Pesos? Thats a huge difference, or 90 K USD a year?
Whatever...Good luck..and see you in Shanghai, if you make it

IF you are single, 60-70 K net is enough for you to save some... basta control lang ang good time and eating out sa shanghai.

Plane ticket. varies on the time you book it, Round trip can be from 1100 RMB to 3000 RMB depending on theairline, time of the year, promotions. etc.
You can use either PAL, CEB or Cathay Pacific

direct hire po ako. i can't advise exactly with the matter about agency.
anyway, i still have to pass thru poea for the oec, owwa, philhealth, pdos. they tried to ask me to get a medical exam which i pushed to be waived since i already have been to china and had my medical exams. kulitan pa kami dahil sabi ko nga eh ala akong panggastos sa medical exams which is redundant lang at di naman i-honor ng china at kaya nga check na nila ko nung pumunta ako dun and besides i already have my visa on my passport.... all i need is the f*cking oec.
from what i know according sa patakaran ng poea or gobyerno ay sagot lahat ng hiring company, processing, visa, plane ticket, medical, etc... wala dapat hingin sa iyo ang agency. pero..... karamihan sa mga agency (or agents) ay hihingin ka for whatever reason....
have you checked sa poea kung legit nga ba yan agency or yung hiring company at meron sila job order.
anyway (ulit), i hope you can finally go thru and work here. goodluck po!

Was not required to do that since ..anong pakialam nila sa present salary mo?

Just do what they want ...and add a bit .
PERO stick sa salary that will make your stay here worthwhile. Always think na thsi is not a long term gig..so savings is important.
This is a fun city but expensive to live in.

no meaning ipa-breakdown ang current salary mo....what for? para tipirin ka sa ibibigay sayong sweldo...

you know yourself...alam mo ang kayang mong gawin at hindi....so alam mo dapat ang karapatdapat na ipasahod sayo....

kung nagdedesign ka na ng firmware or into firmware architecture...

kung nag uupgrade ka ng firmware...and its patches...

magkaibang trabaho pero parehong firmware engr ang title...where do you belong? each is having different salary base....

sa US , firmware engr entry level is @ USD 93K / annum....

alamin mo yung capacity mo....alamin mo kung ano ang kaya mong ideliver sa lilipatan mo...are you bringing some new technology in or you will be using yung current tech nila....

hope this helps..

Salamats talaga sa mga helps and inputs nyo...pero since now ko lang nabasa..my bad, nag email na ako..kaso konting dagdag lang ang nailagay ko kasi isinama ko pa yong COE ko na may annual income...im sure they will contact me since around P38k lang ang ibinigay ko na monthly pay ko dito and may salary demand naman na nabanggit ko is around 2500-3000 USD,..I just hope na hindi nga ako baratin...pero tama I will still focus on my demand salary since need ko talaga bayaran ang bond ko dito kung matutuloy ako amounting to 500k pa naman un..
