Post subject: Ease the tension

I am preparing to produce a series of events here in Shanghai to explain & reduce the related issues of cultural conflict. Over the last three months in town, I have heard the same complaints from hundreds of Chinese and foreigners who live and work here. They are frustrated, highly stressed, and are oftentimes angry. Every corporation is asking for the same training themes to improve their communications, cultural understanding, and their relationships. Everyone hopes to create excellent Chinese/International relationships, but no one seems to be able to make it a reality on their own. So far, I have decided to use an internationally recognized methodology called Open Space Technology. It works for communities, individuals, and organizations. I need some Web presence, a location, and/or a sponsoring organization. If you are interested in participating, please let me know
