are there "pc cafes" in Shanghai?
if so, are they few a far between, or on every street corner?

not so many place,there have some big one,around jin lin road and chang shou road, you can copy this chinese language of address and asking ,to show people living there.地址：金陵东路，长寿路附近，我要找网吧！it quiet cheap
