When we set up to use Web Banking on our first day in shanghai they promised us 16 months ago, Yes we have an English language option.
Now, Still Nothing.
Our first and only lie in China!

Dude, I walked into my usually PACKED bank a few weeks back. I pressed the button to get my ticket and at the very same time the jingle sounded and it was my turn. In and out in 2 mins, I almost fainted. |

HSBC has good online banking in English, but their online system is lacking as compared to ICBC.
The BOC Shanghai online banking is crap and extremely limited crap at that. For decent online banking you have to use the nationwide Bank of China online banking, but, as you already know, it's only in Chinese. BOC corporate banking has English online services. |
