Post subject: Stationary - writing paper

hi guys,

a friend gave me a fountain pen as a xmas gift and as a result of that one of my new year's resolutions is to get better at writing letters. call me old-fashioned, but i think in these days where everyone sends emails and sms some people actually appreciate that you take the time to sit down and write a hand-written letter to them.

anyway, i was wondering if anyone know where in shanghai i can buy some good quality writing paper? like the kind you can buy in smythson of bond street, for those of you who are familiar with london.

your advice is appreciated.

thanks in advance

cheers,

bw

Stationery shops normally found down Fuzhou Lu.
Don't know which will have what you're looking for.
Best to check out every shop you can find.

You could also put "stationery" in the Google Search box at upper left and see how many links pop up.

^ Yeah, yeah, yeah.
At least I used (toneless) Pinyin instead of 汉字。

thanks guys, a friend of mine took me to fuzhou road, and i think we checked more or less every stationary shop there, however none of them had something even remotely close to what i was looking for. i'm after some high quality writing paper to use with ink/fountain pens...maybe it's not something i can find in shanghai? one option is to order through www.smythson.com and have it sent here from london but it's gonna cost me an arm and a leg! anyway..let's see. thanks for your help.
