| Post subject: Fahuazhen Road apartment available near Yanan Xilu station |
We are moving into a friend's apartment so are looking to see if anybody is interested in renting our previous apartment. It is located on the top end of Fahuazhen road by Yanan West Road station (Line 3 and 4), just below Kaixuan Road and a block away from Dingxi Road. It is just one stop away from Zhongshan Park which has lots of restaurants and a Carrefour.
It is fully furnished with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the spare room and the living room both have sofa beds. There's lots of storage space and TV, DVD player and washing machine/dryer are all included.
The rent is 5000 RMB per month.
