| Post subject: MotoGP 2008 Season |
Kicks off this weekend!
The opening round will be The Grand Prix of Qatar at the losail circuit, this will be a historic night race with Aussie rider Casey Stoner defending the title.
The racing should start about 10p.m on Sunday with the MotoGP being aired at 1a.m. I will head to Big Bamboo with a few others to watch if anyone is interested. |

How are the ticket prices for MotoGP as compared to F1? The formula 1 race was a bit of a splurge for me but I would also like to catch MotoGP as well. I hope the tickets are less.
Also, anywhere know where I can find more information on the race? The Shanghai circuit website is just useless. |

Ticket prices are slightly cheaper than F1, as it is not as busy with spectators, we paid around 300 RMB for a seat on the B stand section (first turn).
Like the F1 and A1 tickets are easily bargained for outside of the circuit from the many scalpers.
We will organize a booze bus for May 4th when the boys are in town. Watch this space! |
