| Post subject: Looking for Regional Project Consultant in the HR field |
A Regional Consultant
will be primarily responsible for Tactical and Strategic delivery of corporate consulting projects in Greater China, through proprietary methodology as a trusted partner to clients. You are also expected to analyze and provide compelling industry insights to Key Clients, while constantly formulating and implementing critical client retention strategies to create long-term partnerships.
You should possess a University/Graduate Degree with 5 years working experience and 3 years Business Development/Sales/Marketing related experiences in multinational companies. Overseas working and/or startup experience will be a big plus. Critical trait elements will include strong team mindset, high self-motivation, persistency, business acumen, strategic creativity and execution excellence.
Candidates for the Industrial/Technology team should also possess prior work experience within or with the industrial sector including:
Commercial
Chemical
Automotive
Automation
Energy/Power- Electronics/Semiconductor- Technology
Language Requirement:
Advance English and Avanced Mandarin Chinese.
