Hi,
Where in SH I can find dual sim card phone? I have heard of Telsda is the only manufactory making this phone in China. Does anyone know about this?

You mean GSM/CDMA or GSM/GSM? There are plenty of GSM/CDMA cell phones, such as Samgsung w629, Nokia n92,HKC w1000 etc..There are some dual GSM cell phones, like Coolpad 8260 and Haier n96, and other small brands, for instance this one http://www.singtaonet.com/tlife/t20070110_440927.html
You can find them in big eletronics stores.
