Post subject: where can i get a prepaid card for online payments

i am wondering where i can get a prepaid visa/master or union pay card that i can use to make pnline payments.
anyone with this information should please let me know.

I think Agricultural Bank of China and China Construction Bank offer those. You will need to go to a big branch though.

I have never heard of prepaid card here in China.. maybe Pat-togo mean is "secured" credit card? you can get it at China Construction bank at Hua Huai Zhong Rd branch. Just put a 5000 deposit and you are good to go.
