There are always going to be people who post commercial stuff - every day of every week. We find it actually helps to have a place for it and some people actually look at it and some businesses once they know the rules, follow them. We created it because we felt that if there was a definite place where this kind of post could go, we could get them to use it and not drop their ads over the rest of the forum.
Advertisers want to post in the forum because of the visibility and I think that not having this place would results in more work. |
