Post subject: Cooking class - Indian food
The next cooking class will be held on Saturday, 17th May 2008 at 10 am.
We will be cooking :

Dal Makhani - black lentils
and
Palak Paneer - cottage cheese cubes in spinach sauce

We will be making cottage cheese from scratch. Class is in Hongqiao.
Students need not bring any thing.
