Post subject: Need suggestions on Cable or DSL Broadband @ Pudong?

Trying to get some details on broadband, I've been using China telecom,
I've also heard of some people mention cable broadband as well, how are the speeds compared to DSL?, typical in the US, for downloads, Cable is faster, dsl is faster in upload, but not the fact here in SH, its crap either way.

Anyone reccommend a solid and fast DSL or Cable broadband in the Jin Qiao Area (Boxing Lu/Zhangyang Lu) of Pudong? (Way the F East of SH)

1MB is the usual bandwidth for cable. But you can upgrade to 2MB
Compare to China telecom's ADSL, cable is faster when uploading.

I think the best for you is FTTB(Flber To The Building), call 10000 and get shanghai telcom service lady on the phone. You can get up to 100MB bandwidth if you want.
