I'm the landlord of the abovementioned highly developed Condo in downtown with three bedrooms and two living rooms at around 140 square meters on the third floor. Hence... no agent, no bait and no switch. Let's zoom into the cozy place for you:

- rental suppose to be paid by quarterly basis
- deposit equivalent to one month rental at least is required
- final rental is slightly negotiable subject to actual situation
- Term last for 1 year at least, if less, compensating fees of rental might be required
- if offical invoice is required by tenant, 6% mark-up of Business Tax is inevitable
