I'm the landlord of the abovementioned highly developed Condo in downtown with three bedrooms and two living rooms at around 140 square meters on the third floor. Hence... no agent, no bait and no switch. Let's zoom into the cozy place for you:

Location: Cosco Brilliant City - Blk 58 #301, Lane 100, Zhongtan Road - within the inner ring viaduct of Shanghai

Traffic: Three to five mins on foot from LRT/MRT Line 3&4, Zhongtan Station
- one stop from Shanghai Railway Station
- three stops from Zhongshan Park Station
- five stops from People's Park (LRT 3 interchange to MRT 1)

Rental:
- 9,600 Rmb/mth excluding utilities fees and telephone charges
- family tenants get priority and discount
- rental suppose to be paid by quarterly basis
- deposit equivalent to one month rental at least is required
- final rental is slightly negotiable subject to actual situation
- Term last for 1 year at least, if less, compensating fees of rental might be required
- if offical invoice is required by tenant, 6% mark-up of Business Tax is inevitable
