Post subject: Poker (hold em) - where can I find a game?

I'm looking to play some poker (hold em).

Any suggestions of where to play? Or even better, anyone looking to add 1 more to their regular game?

I am in but we should cap the rebuys to 2 more times so total 600rmb, 200 to enter and tthen can rebuy 2 times. If you get at least 2 more players let me know...

Planning to have any no limit cash games? Min RMB1000 buy-in. Blinds RMB10, 20.
This structure worked well in the Hong Kong Poker Meetup. The tournies were once a month there. Bring out the cash game players to have the group gather regularly (ie. more than once a week).

I was just at the Spot 2nite (Sunday). They were playing a tournie. Looking for a cash game though. One of the players said tomorrow night (Monday) and Tuesday night was a cash game. Hope more people come. Starts at 8pm.

I personally like my plan to allow more players. I also like the 2 additional buy in times. Also, the blinds need to go up at least every hour so we not there for days. If it is 1000 entry, I will find another game...thanks though.

Consolidation sucks sometimes because people ask how to play poker, or just BS without any relevance, .....I think the thread needs to be PLAY POKER.....I want to play with a 200 buy in 3 re-buys limit and with 45 minutes big blind increases to weed out the small stack, Lets do this and keep it reasonable for many players, if big enough, we can find an establishment to make it happen. PM me. Everyone please. Mark Dow

yawn.....

Obviously you don't know anything about efficiency (i.e. one stop shopping), why would anyone want to page through 40 different threads when they can just click through one and find all the information about one subject in one place ?

Yeah, I know it's crazy. Especially when you're sooooo used to how things operate in China (azz backwards).

Post subject: Looking for holdem in Pu Dong or central Shanghai

Hi there, moved to shanghai not long ago and I am looking for holdem for the weekend to enjoy and meet up people.

Staying in Pu Dong right now perfer games in the east or central. I can play any range from 500 RMB buy in up to 2K or so as long as the game is fun.

Can email me at lit_demon@hotmail.com or just give me a call at my shanghai phone 13022145503. Or anyone who is interested but no regular group can let me know see if I can get a group going.

Will appreciate if any group can add me into their regular games too. Thanks!
