Post subject: Cheapest ways to get from Hong Kong to Toronto?

Looking to find a one-way ticket. I don't mind taking a round-a-bout route, I'm trying to save some cash right now. I have a return ticket from SH->Toronto but the fees for changing that ticket are so much that its cheaper to throw it away and buy another ticket.

Expedia is nice because its easy to understand. I found this website www.air-hongkong.com from a google sponsor link, and it says 580US (without security tax and maybe some other taxes) but the information on this is very weak, I can't decipher it. Any of you understand this? Anything wrong with it?

I went from Saskatoon to vancouver via airmiles and $20, then less than $400 for the cheapest weird date flight from Air Canada from vancouver to shanghai.
