I know of 2 -- The Activity Box (inside The Summit apartment compound) and one on the 7th floor of Super Brand Mall (I think it's called Paradise Babies or something similar). Both of these are clean and very nice. |

This isn't directly a play area, but it is totally fun and I hadn't really heard anyone mention it before.
There is a insect museum behind the aquarium by the pearl tower. I didn't know that an insect museum meant petting/zoo (goats and bunnys), turtles, a place to catch fish, and monkey type animals. But hey, it was good times!
Anyways, it was great fun for my smaller kids! Adults are 45 RMB and kids are 25 RMB and completely worth it! |

the petting zoo has like two goats and a few small cages with rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.
A more traditional petting zoo (at least for a westerner) is at the Zoo ! They got some pot-bellied pigs and goats there, walking freely inside a big pen. |

My wife and kids all love the insect zoo, and yes the petting part is great with hands on and the fishing pond for the kids is great, just watch the little ones getting wet. |

The one located on the 7th floor of the Super Brand Mall is really crowded and not that spacious. You can find the same facility inside the Lotus Shopping Area (located close to Thumbs Plaza) with more space. However, they just raised the fee from 20RMB to 50RMB. You can buy a yearly ticket (admission pass for up to 15 times) for 300RMB. |

The one in SBM is not usually crowded during the week, unless the kids are out of school. |
