Post subject: expat life - stage 3 (any pointers)

have been here for a long time. First part of it spent all the time at bars and girls you find around there. ( had a good time). got bored had a good relationship with a local girl. didnt work out. (Truth is was tired of the drag)

Have few more years to go here in shanghai. Any pointers on which path to head on Rolling Eyes

Find a girl that speaks your native language and was born in your native country? At least you don't suffer some of the communication problems that can happen amidst clashing of cultures. I've only been here for two months (hanging out with local girls mostly) and only recently got to go out with some good ol' American girls was so refreshing to say the least. Too bad I only met them for one day and then they had to go back to the States, thus is life.

But I believe we are in different stages of life, I'm going to be in stage one for a while Very Happy
