I vote that Chama-cube, me (extra white), a snooty Brit, and one Latin based person, all go KTV'ing together and see who gets the most attention. Chammy pays since we all know how much he makes now. |

You should include a Chinese guy for the control group. You also probably want to replace the snooty Brit with a Frenchie, they give you the same attitude but are more common. |

I reckon the locals don't like your style. You might be a bit offensive or arrogant against them. Usually it is not the content of your talk that works upon your talkers but your mood and body language. I suspect there must be some culture difference having a portion to do with your dilemma. This is part of Chinese culture. Chinese people prefer light skin. That's why Chinese ladies use umbrella when it's sunny. However, I'm quite sure there are Chinese ladies who prefer black men. Well, keep trying. Don't give up.

ohhhh ok i decided to read the op.
there is quite a lot of racism in China especially towards Black people. However some ppl just dont like dark skin.
I will admit that I personally do not find too many black people attractive. Certain features i dont like im afraid. I hope this doesnt make me racist. although it could be a possibility as my parents are. That doesnt mean I would not ever be with someone black. Some i do find attractive. Ive dated a half Jamaican half spanish fellow once. he was yummy. Also during my days in Shanghai I noticed this extremely hot Black French man from time to time. Absolute giant soooo good looking.
