I've flown Spring Airlines once and thought they were perfectly fine. Didn't feel any less safe than taking China Eastern |

Flown then numerous times. It s local Shanghai Company that runs them and they try to be like SouthWest Air. Its a bitof a cattle run, but overall its fine. And for the price, its fine.
One thing though, IF one plane breaks down, the whole system goes out of whack as you are then delayed until the next flight, often one flight a day so that means the next day. |

My wife and I have flown with Spring heaps of times between Shanghai and Tianjin, and have no complaints at all. We buy our tickets on-line, and mostly quite a bit cheaper than Shanghai Airlines. They are a budget airline, so for a 2-3 hour flight dont expect more than a small bottle of water to drink. |
