I loved the Spanish movie "REC" but now the stupid Gringos are releasing an exact replica of the movie but naming it "Quarantine".
It's bullcrap! Just as they did with The Ring and The Eye, etc. |

if you don't like what 'they' did with other things, don't watch. or are you simply irked that hollywood doesn't bother with mexican or chinese films?
btw... it is likely that the makers of the film were quite happy to sell the rights... residuals can be worth a pretty peso/euro/yen/won |

I haven't watched it, and will not bother watching it, thank you very much.
Why would I be irked about Gringos not copying Mexican or Chinese films? On the contrary, I'd be really bothered, just like I am now. The Eye was part Chinese anyways.
And so what if they got paid, it doesn't take away from the fact that Gringos can't come up with an original scary movie anymore and need to buy rights off of foreign films. |
