| Post subject: So just for the record, I got a chipmunk instead of a ferret |
The pet market I thought had a ferret, but it looked pretty ugly and my wife translated it to be a 'rat'. Didn't look like a rat, but it was an ugly ferret if it was one.
Saw some pretty cool turtles, including a sea turtle. Talking birds, insects for fighting, a few well fed cats and dogs, a bit of fish, few bunnies, etc.
Overall, it seemed a LOT more sanitary than a pet store in the west and the animals didn't look bad at all.
By the way, does anyone have the Chinese translation for chipmunk? Everyone thinks it's a squirrel and all my wife could find with Google translate was 'mouse', and a chipmunk isn't a mouse. |
