| Post subject: Assistant to CEO wanted in Shanghai (native English speaker) |
Assistant to CEO
- To provide secretary support for CEO
- To prepare proposal for CEO and communication with clients.
- To assist in appointment/meeting schedule and travel arrangement for CEO
- To screen telephone calls, take messages, and initiate follow-up action appropriately
- Coordinate between HK parent company and local office
- Other tasks assigned by CEO
- Daily operation of office
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, English or related
- Experience of admin, assistant or related experience in multi-national corporation is an advantage
- Native English speaker, basic Chinese is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with office software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
- Strong sense of responsibilities and cooperation
- Strong communications skills, well organized, and detail minded
- Willing to work under pressure
- Candidates who has passport that could easily go to Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan is an advantage.
- Good and pleasant personality. Willing to grow up with company.
