Post subject: Cigar Ordering

I am a smoker of cigars but do not want to pay Cuban prices. I used to order from the internet. Does anyone know a good website or a way to get cigars from the internet shipped to china without having to live on the street so I can afford good cigars? Thanks.

I get all mine from CigarOne in Switzerland.

http://www.cigarone.com/

Delivered in a week on average, best price I've found for Cohiba Siglo IV. Reliable and good value.

Cheers

They are very smart. They label them as mens gift, value 10 dollars or something like that. So far I have never had any shipment stopped. But I've only order in tens never more.

I've never paid for shipping either. They had a promotion which is still on. Free shipping on orders over 150 dollars and I've never had an order for less than that anyway.

Or you can got to the lady on Huai Hai lu who has an apt full of cigars.

Small apt, packed to the rafters with everything and everything (legally) smokable.
I'll have to dig for her number / address.

You just had to add 'legally', didn't you?

That's because the illegal stuff is available easily in Shanghai.

I tried CigarOne based on this thread - worked great. about a week -- good prices, and great cigars.

Oh finally a thread about cigars Wink

Sorry, but I'm a like a hillbilly when it comes to these sort of luxuries. I hate cigarettes in general, and don't like the smell of cigars until one day, when a sweet apple scent fills the air. I asked my dad the scent, and he pointed at a fat old man smoking a small cigar (and later a big one)

Not sure if it is really a "Cigar", and if it is, I wonder how this is called. I'd like to learn how to smoke one to celebrate my 30th birthday... Very Happy

So a box of 10 is costing you 150 bucks?

Doesn't seem cheap.

I don't get this whole cigar thing. I've been smoking a shitload of cigars the last couple of months and they are all very average. I'd sooner smoke a kretek at about 1% of the price.

Yes. Cigar smoking is never going to be a cheap hobby and like just about everything else in life, it's not for everyone.
